Munsiyari is a small village in Pithogarh district in Uttarakhand. We visited the place in the peak of summer couple of years ago. The journey by road via Thal from Nainital was treacherous and it felt as though we were navigating through one of the toughest terrain. But the moment we entered the village and grand five snow capped Panchchauli peaks greeted us, it made the risk worth it’s while!!
